Domestic Shipping & Handling Policy

Shipping & handling processing time

Orders placed before 12 noon PST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon PST will be processed and shipped the following working day.

We generally use USPS ground Advantage for shipping within Continental US & Hawaii where a flat rate shipping and handling charge applies. Generally, the delivery time is between 3-7 days. Please see the charge below for standard shipping and handling charges.

If you wish to expedite shipping and handling, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

www.Xcellara.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed and a label containing your tracking number(s) has been created. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

www.Xcellara.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

www.Xcellara.com  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
